
A mid century modern street lamp salvaged from Belgium was hung upside down in this carriage house. The zinc metal base is opaque so the light illuminates the ceiling creating a soft glow rather than bright directional lighting. Antique doors were hung on barn door slides so that the room can be opened up to the adjacent office area.
